Michael Deeying serves as Manager of IT Services for Real Property Specialists. Michael graduated from the University of South Florida’s College of Engineering in 2012.  His studies concentrated specifically in Data Analytics and Management.  Since his tenure began in 2012, he has focused on increasing the overall efficiency and organization of the firm by implementing new technological systems which include:

• Converting telecommunication system from PBX to a VoIP, which significantly reduced costs.
• Migrating all property management and leasing data into cloud-based CRM data system, which ensures more secured access and data redundancy.
• Maintaining the organization's effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans for implementing information technologies and office policies.
• Generating key performance indicator (KPI) data reporting and analytics across varying aspects of the organization, within select portfolios, and specific projects.

Outside of work, Michael is extremely involved with the Central Florida community.  He has served on the Executive Board of MBA Orlando, Central Florida’s LGBT Business Chamber of Commerce, for the lasts 6 years.  MBA Orlando was named NGLCC’s 2017 National Affiliate Chamber of the Year.  Michael was the 2016 Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s Man of the Year Honoree for Central Florida, for his work in fundraising for blood cancers.  He was also named as one of the most compelling lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) people in the world in OUT Magazine’s 2016 OUT100 annual special issue.
