Alan Charron, President Real Property Specialists, Inc.

Alan Charron is President of Real Property Specialists, Inc., a company he founded over ten years ago. After graduating with a finance degree from the University of Central Florida, he started in the appraisal business to gain an overall knowledge of the real estate industry. During this time he obtained the coveted MAI designation and became a member of the Appraisal Institute.

In addition to being a broker for over 15 years, Alan is a landlord owning shopping centers throughout the Central Florida area and is an active developer. His most recent development was Plaza at Metro, located in Metrowest in Orlando, Florida.

Alan's community involvement includes having served as President of Habitiat for Humanity of Osceola County for 1999 and 2000. He is also current President of the Central Florida Commercial Real Estate Sociey where he chairs the Retail Specialty Group. Through this group, Alan has become well known for the "Retailer One-on-One" and "Retail All-Star with Extreme Networking" events which he started. For the last five years, Alan has been recognized by CFCRES as a Top Retail Producer and once again, in April of 2003, Alan was recognized as one of the Society's Overall Top Ten Producers and as a Top Retail Producer.
