Bruce T. Swain is currently employed by Real Property Specialists, headquartered in Orlando Florida with offices in Tampa and South Florida.  After serving eight years as Vice President and Director of Leasing for AG Armstrong Development Group, in August of 2008, Mr. Swain joined Real Property Specialists as Vice President and Director of Leasing of the company’s West Florida operations to expand the company’s real estate brokerage operations on the West Coast. 

Over the past thirty years Mr. Swain has been active in all aspects of commercial real estate development and property management.  Bruce’s knowledge and familiarity with the Tampa area have allowed him to build strong, long lasting relationships throughout the real estate community. 

Through the years Mr. Swain has represented several publicly traded companies including Luria and Son’s Showroom Catalogue and Danka Office Imaging as well as numerous smaller chain stores such as Video View, Sam Pan Restaurants, Old world cheese shop and Central Park Restaurants.

Over the course of the past year, Bruce has been successful in the leasing of the company’s primary holding in the Tampa market, Westchase Town Center.  Mr. Swain’s intentions are to provide the best and most consistent service possible in commercial real estate, while representing tenants, landlords and developers alike.
