Julia Sosa is Executive Vice President of Real Property Specialists, Inc., a commercial real estate company.   Over 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry.  Skilled in Leasing, Management, Marketing, Receivership and Brokerage.  Managed and leased community shopping centers, strip centers, enclosed malls, outlet malls, and lifestyle centers.   Also leased office buildings, industrial buildings and medical facilities.  Co-founder and co-owner of the Retailer One on One event, which is a commercial real estate trade show that has more than 200 national retailer exhibitors and an attendance of over 2,200 people.  Chairperson for the WIRRED group (Women in Retail Real Estate Development), Central Florida Division.  Served on the board of directors for CFCRES (Central Florida Commercial Real Estate Society) for four years.

MONROES PRESTIGE GROUP (Safety Harbor, FL), Vice President of Leasing and Management Division.  Oversaw all aspects of management and leasing of shopping centers and sales of outparcels throughout Florida and Georgia. 

CENTURY RETAIL (Lakeland, FL), Vice President of Retail Development. Developed and supervised retail leasing and acquisition departments. Responsible for the leasing of over 50 retail developments throughout the southeast ranging from 10,000 square feet strip centers to 600,000 square feet mixed use centers. Worked with the construction department throughout the development process. Devised and implemented marketing strategies to attract major national retailers. Supervised site surveys for acquisitions of favorable development locations and participated in new projects from planning stage to final completion.

QUEST COMPANY (Altamonte Springs, FL), Vice President of Business Development and oversaw the leasing of more than 4 million square feet for local and institutional owners with properties throughout Florida.  Responsible for obtaining third party leasing, sales, management, and receivership contracts. 

MORBITZER GROUP  (Maitland, FL), Leasing Representative. Responsible for leasing of more than 2 million square feet.
