Melissa Naranjo joined Real Property Specialists, in September 2008 as the company’s Executive Assistant to the Vice President and Director of Leasing. In this role she is responsible for all organizational duties related to managing the company’s West Coast Florida real estate brokerage operations based in Tampa, at the West Chase Town Center. This includes managing appointments, maintaining the client data base, and the compiling of all executive direct reports relating to the brokerage operations. In addition, she meets existing and potential clients, communicates with vendors, and coordinates any property issues with the senior property management.

Prior to Real Property Specialists, Melissa was the Executive Assistant to the Vice President and Director of Leasing for AG Armstrong Development Group, and was also the Contract and Closing Coordinator for Prestige Builders Group.  
Melissa’s strong organizational skills, quality of work and her vast knowledge of managing the office operations ensure that she provides great service for Real Property Specialists and all of their clients.
