Vicki Jalonen
Controller

Vicki Jalonen serves as the controller for Real Property Specialists.  Vicki began with the company in 1998 and during that time has developed extensive accounting knowledge in the brokerage, development and property management fields.  Her responsibilities currently span over 20 companies and include the following:

• Accounts Payable
• Accounts Receivable
• Payroll
• Rent Collections
• Property Budgets
• CAM Reconciliations
• Third Party Landlord Reporting
• Construction and Permanent Loans
• Federal and State Tax Payments and Reports
• Bank Deposits and Reconciliations
• Job Costing
• HR Duties Including Employee Benefits

Vicki graduated from Northern Michigan University in 1998 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing.  She also serves on the board of Retailer One on One and has been involved in the organization of this event since its inception in 1999.
