During a 12 month period, he successfully leased and sold over $15,000,000 worth of bank anchored office buildings or American Financial Real Estate Trust/Gramercy Realty, a 37 million square foot real estate investment trust.
He assembled and acquired a $10,000,000 sixty acre tract with multiple sellers for regional client, Epic Theatres, which was subsequently developed into a 500,000 square foot regional power center.
Carter & Associates:
Began the representation of Washington Mutual Bank on over 30 Central Florida bank and office sites from 2000 to 2004, which totaled more than $20,000,000 in completed leases and acquisitions. Each site required the production of a comprehensive analysis package, with Tom’s spearheading of lease or purchase negotiations in close coordination with senior bank officials to close each transaction.
Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT:
Responsible for representing tenant clients such as Enterprise Rental Car, Fidelity National Title, Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT and others in the successful lease or retail and office space.
Lat Purser & Associates:
Completed tenant representations over 100,000 square foot of retail and office space in 1995 valued at more than $11,200,000.
Charles J. Givens Management Company:
Served as director of leasing and property manager of over 1 million square feet of commercial office, retail and industrial space in Central Florida. He participated in the acquisition, lease up, management and eventual disposition of a $36 million mixed use regional power center.
