LuAnn Giordano
Director of Business Development

LuAnn Giordano moved to Central Florida in 1988, from her home state of Pennsylvania. She has over 20 years of experience in the local Central Florida business community, including directing a major construction company as their CFO for 15 years. 

Originally hired as Office Manager and assistant to company president Alan Charron, LuAnn was also quickly elevated to the position of Show Director of the Retailer One on One Annual Networking Event, and has served in that capacity for 4 years.  In addition to her duties as Show Director, LuAnn now serves in the capacity as Director of Business Development as well as Commercial Leasing Associate.  With daily property management duties LuAnn is working to help lease numerous company owned properties in addition to providing the services of third party leasing and tenant representation.  Some of LuAnn’s responsibilities include:

LuAnn is a licensed Sales Associate with the State of Florida and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.  She is also Chairperson of Retailer One On One
