Ryan Combs
Leasing Associate

Ryan Combs serves as a leasing associate for Real Property Specialists, Inc. Ryan graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in both Finance and Real Estate, and a Minor in Business Administration.  Prior to working with Real Property Specialists, Ryan worked with Flagship Development, a Central Florida Developer. 

The last three years of Mr. Combs’ real estate experience have been with Real Property Specialists, Inc.  During this time, Ryan’s responsibilities include; Leasing, Contract Negotiations, Marketing, Consulting, Market Research and Analysis, Tenant Representation, and many more.  Ryan also successfully represents a diverse clientele of regional and local landlords and developers.  He has been efficient in creating an effective Tenant Mix for each center that creates positive synergy amongst the tenants.
