David Barilla is a Senior Sales & Leasing Associate with Real Property Specialists’ Distressed Asset Management Team. David has over 6 years of Real Estate experience in Central Florida. David’s experience and extensive market knowledge allow him to provide expert service and advice to lenders and investors of commercial property in financial distress.

Prior to working with Real Property Specialists David worked as an Investment Associate with Marcus & Millichap. With Marcus & Millichap David specialized in both anchored and un-anchored retail centers and single-tenant net-leased properties. David’s experience and broad contact base allowed him to work transactions throughout the state and east coast. David has won top awards in the real estate industry including Marcus & Millichap’s Top Proposal Producer award and numerous sales achievement awards throughout his Real Estate career.

David was a member of the Florida National Guard and entered Real Estate after completing his education at the University of Central Florida. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science/Pre-Law and a minor in Economics. David was a founding member of the University of Central Florida’s Society of Leadership and Success. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker & Mortgage Broker in the State of Florida, and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
