Senior Retail Leasing Agent Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential users for vacancies
- Canvass for prospective tenants via existing relationships, calls, direct mail, and email
- Develop relationships with local, regional, and national tenants
- Research competitive properties and growing retailers
- Conduct competitive analysis for company and third party properties
- Produce and update marketing packages
- Negotiate and prepare letters of intent and leases
We are in search of senior leasing professionals who are self-motivated, ambitious and energetic. The ideal candidates should have a bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years applicable experience.
