Zack began with Real Property Specialists in August 2015.  His roles include commercial sales, leasing, tenant representation, and landlord representation with listings consisting of retail, land, office, and industrial sites. 

Prior to joining Real Property Specialists, Zack was involved in leasing at Artegon Marketplace (former Festival Bay Mall) on International Drive in Orlando, before and after its grand re-opening in November 2014.  During that time he worked mostly with artisans and specialty retailers, and was successful in completing over 45 deals in less than a year.

Some of Zack's other various work experience includes:  Sales, hospitality/hotels, technical support, retail, food service, wine brokerage, fitness, public relations, and commodities/futures brokerage.  Zack is also a former Disney College Program Intern.  

Originally from Rhode Island, Zack graduated from the University of Rhode Island in May 2010 with a B.A. in Communications Studies, and a Minor in Business.

Zack is an active member of the Urban Land Institute's (ULI) Central Florida Chapter.  His roles include Vice Chairman of the Young Leader's Group, serving on the membership committee, and serving on the programming/events committee.  He is also an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).

In his spare time Zack enjoys being with family/friends, traveling, sports, theme parks, weightlifting, cooking, trying new restaurants, networking, and reading.
