Mr. Charron’s initial Florida Real Estate License was earned in 1984 and he used it for personal investing purposes including purchasing ocean and lake front properties as well as rental properties across Central Florida.
After working 15 years with AT&T as a Marketing Executive overseeing accounts from Brevard County to Tampa, Mr. Charron began working at Real Property Specialist, one of the Orlando areas largest multi-services commercial real estate offices.
In 2005 Mr. Charron earned his second Real Estate License and in his first 30 months sold $30,000,000 in real estate and leased 40,000 SF of commercial space! The properties sold include a Winn Dixie Plaza, a 70,000 SF International Drive retail center, two large pad-ready Wal-Mart out-parcels and lakefront raw land slated for a 20 story hotel.
In 2009, a slow year for most in real estate, Mr. Charron closed eight significant transactions. Mr. Charron presently has “For Sale or Lease” Listings in six Central Florida counties for key retail lease space, land tracts, warehouses, office condo’s, and shopping centers. Other key service’s Mr. Charron has proven success with is new site selection and tenant representation.
Mr. Charron is a graduate of the University of Central Florida in Orlando with a Marketing degree. He has served as the President of the Reef Condominium Association of Indialantic, Fl. and numerous other religious and community organizations.
Mr. Charron has been married 15 years to Barbara Charron, also a Florida Licensed Real Estate Sales Associate. The couple own a lakeside ranch in Polk County where Barbara raises and trains Thoroughbred race horses.
