Following her graduation from the University of Florida with honors (where she was a member of the Florida Blue Key Leadership Honorary), Ms. Kaplus received her J.D. from Fordham University School of Law and became licensed in both Massachusetts and Florida. She most recently earned an ADA Executive Management Certificate from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.

After commencing her career in securities law, Lauren Kaplus, Esq. spent 7 years as in-house counsel for a dental specialty group. Aside from managing their legal/ financial/staff affairs, she expanded the group to three additional offices in 5 years, bringing in an additional $4M in annual revenue, increasing collections to 98%, and reducing overhead by 40%.

Lauren has spent the last decade at Real Property Specialists, contributing her skills of negotiating leases, mortgages, bank/equipment financing, entitlements process, budgeting, property management, legal and regulatory compliance, and marketing/public relations in her role here.
