Jack Saltman serves as Vice President of Commercial Brokerage at Real Property Specialists, Inc. With over 40 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, Jack has leased more than five million square feet and has represented such firms as the Walt Disney Corporation, IBM, Exxon Corporation and many others. Mr. Saltman provides training, mentoring and assistance for the firms leasing and management team, to achieve greater success and fulfill their individual goals.

Before coming to Real Property Specialists, Inc, Mr. Saltman worked for many commercial real estate companies, one being his own, Saltman & Associates. He is also known for the book he wrote in 1996, “Office Space: “The Tenant’s Guide to Profitable Leasing””. From 1983 to 1987 Jack Saltman served as chairman of the Market Conditions Committee for BOMA International (Building Owners & Managers Association) and BOMA’s Congressional Network. He has been quoted or featured in more than 100 national and local newspapers and magazine articles.

Mr. Saltman graduated from Franconia College in New Hampshire with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. He is a licensed Broker in both the State of Florida and Massachusetts, and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
