Christopher Rivera serves as an Intern for Real Property Specialists, Inc. He works directly with their team to gain valuable experience in the field of commercial real estate. His responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Researching ownership information
• Gathering market information
• Preparing marketing packets for prospects
• Identifying future land use and current zoning of property
• Conducting commercial property review including canvassing
• Ordering and review of survey and architectural plans
• Using tools such as CoStar, Loopnet, and Property Appraiser websites

After completing his Associate’s Degree in Business Administration from Valencia College, Christopher moved on to The University of Central Florida. He is seeking a Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate from the University of Central Florida, with expected graduation in the Fall of 2018. He is a member of the Real Estate Club within the university, as well as a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
