Allan Holman serves as VP of Leasing for Real Property Specialists.  He brings over 35 years of real estate experience to his position with Real Property Specialists. As a lifelong resident of Central Florida, he possesses an extensive unique knowledge of the real estate market and broker community.
 
The last thirteen years of Mr. Holman’s real estate experience has been with Real Property Specialists.  During this time, he has been responsible for the following areas for a multitude of properties.

• Leasing
• Contract Negotiations
• Marketing
• Consulting
• Market Research and Analysis
• Tenant Representation
• Project Development
• Feasibility Studies

Prior to coming to Real Property Specialists, Mr. Holman had over 20 years experience in the real estate appraisal field.  His last position was as the Chief Regional Review Appraiser for Coral Gables Federal Savings and Loans in Central Florida. He held the prestigious SRA Designation thru the Appraisal Institute for over 15 years and was a former State of Florida Certified Commercial Appraiser.  He also served as an adjunct professor in appraising with Valencia College.

Mr. Holman graduated from University of Central Florida with a Bachelor Degree in Business Management.  He is a licensed Sales Associate with the State of Florida and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
